HostnFly offers you this charming 30 m² studio in the center of the Ile de Ré, with terrace, private parking and free access to the residence's swimming pool in season.
The beach is just down the road! And the market, shops and restaurants are just 200 m away.
The accommodation is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave oven, kettle and coffee maker.

This accommodation is cosy and well equipped. It will be perfect for a tourist stay and will be perfect for a couple!
It can accommodate 2 people and includes a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Bike room, Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer.
You will also have a terrace which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days! And to perfect your stay, the residence has a pleasant swimming pool.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

The beach is ideally located at the end of the street, a 4 minute walk away! Seaside and nautical activities are offered to you, namely: sailing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, water skiing, stand up paddle, fishing, and many others...
All amenities are also nearby: various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour Contact" at 3 minutes by foot. The market is also 3 minutes away.

## Emplacement
The island of Ré, nicknamed and renowned as "Ré Blanche" by its bright traditional houses, is the 4ᵉ largest island in France. With its 100 km of bicycle path, horseback riding and salt marshes to visit, there is no such thing as boredom. In Ars-en-Ré, the church and the fishermen's huts are to be discovered. To enjoy a fresh fish or oysters, the ideal place is Saint-Clément des Baleines, where the 57-meter high Phare des Baleines will amaze young and old. The island of Ré has everything to please, for a stay with family, friends or alone.

Notre séjour

Séjour agréable et bon emplacement mais je ne retournerai pas dans ce studio. Il n'était pas assez propre, beaucoup trop de saletés sous le tapis, les couverts très gras et la plaque de cuisson très sale. La baie vitrée, porte de gauche, impossible de la fermer sans la soulever. Dans la salle de bain, deux lampes ne marchaient pas. De plus il était indiqué que les draps étaient fournis, or il n'y en avait pas.
