Das Platzangebot, die Raumverteilung war für 2 Paare und 2 Kinder optimal, auch bei etwas kühlerem Wetter gab es für jeden eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit oder Platz zum gemeinsamen Spielen. Die vorhandenen Spieltische und Spiele waren sehr umfangreich, wir hätten unsere zu Hause lassen können. Gemütlich im Haus und eine funktionelle Küche. Die Küchenutensilien könnten die anderen Mieter etwas besser säubern, das ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert.
