No need for a car, you can do everything on foot. You are 500 meters from the beaches and all shops.

The Vendée has plenty of beautiful places to discover.

On the day of your arrival, you will be asked to:
A deposit check of 900 euros will be requested on arrival, returned on departure after a visit together.
A certificate of holiday insurance will be requested upon arrival at the rental.
The additional fees on your reservation to be paid on site are due for the tourist tax which is paid to the Town Hall of La Faute sur mer.
EDF is billed at 0.25 per kilowatt more over the period. We take a reading of the meter together.

DESCRIPTION of the first floor:

- GROUND FLOOR: composed of a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer part, a microwave and dishwasher. a living room with television, a dining table for 12 guests. Two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a 3rd bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and washbasin on furniture, a toilet, a pretty little veranda for moments of relaxation, a storage room with washing machine and dryer.


- PLEASANT GARDEN: equipped with garden furniture and private unheated swimming pool.

- PROVIDED: high chair, travel cot and cane stroller.
