Really the only complaint I have is that it was almost impossible to figure out the TV. It would have been very nice just to have a one-page instruction has to how to make it work correctly. The staff couldn't help as he hadn't had much experience with the TVs in the rooms! So there was no way to get any direction.

We stayed here for a tournament and I will probably never stay here again. Our shower head was broken and was squirting all over the place when I called them they didn’t know what to do, there was no maintenance person. They guy had the audacity to ask if my daughter had other player staying there that she could go shower in their room with no consideration about my husband and I, also that’s so rude to bother other family’s. Also the floor was still dirty and there was hair on the toilet. The next day we went swimming and the front desk lady was super rude when we called for towels because there was non and she brought them to us with an attitude, completely ignored my daughter when she said thank you. Our experience here was not the greatest.

We were visiting for a volleyball tournament held in the area. After hearing the horror stories of other parents and their hotel stays, we were so relieved we were at the Hampton. It was clean, had a great open space as you walk in with board games. Our team had the perfect spot to hang out all together. And the warm cookies were an excellent touch. If visiting La Grande, this is the best place to stay.

We had a nice, spacious room and really like the brand of soap, shampoo, lotion on the wall dispenser. Comfortable bed/pillows & air conditioning unit worked well!. Nice pool area w shower that has hot/cold water & soap dispenser! Noticed a thin film on water surface, possibly due to body lotion? Water temperature was pleasant! The gym had a very nice Pelotron bike, but was missing the screw that adjusts handlebar height! There was only one receptionist during late afternoon check-in and he was busy trying to answer phones, greet people! A couple hours later another receptionist arrived & the cookies were made.

Still has that new-hotel smell! Everything was great. If I were traveling with my companion, I would definitely book here again; traveling solo, there are less expensive options that are adequate for me.
