「I was excited to stay here for my graduation weekend, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. When we arrived at 4:45 p.m. (check-in was 4:00 p.m.), the cleaning crew was still at the property finishing up, so the home was not fully ready upon arrival.Throughout our stay, several maintenance workers came in and out of the property to address a preexisting issue, which was disruptive and took away from the privacy and relaxation we expected during our trip.We also discovered...

「Ali is an excellent communicator!
He answered any question I had quickly and accurately, really appreciated that since this was our first time using this system to book a place to stay.
There was a slight hiccup with the key and room number but was very quickly (3 minutes at most) sorted out by Ali.
Nice place for the price and really felt safe in this neighbor hood.
Easy to walk to grocery store and other ammenities.
I would definitely stay there again should I visit Oak Park again.
Thank...
