「We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...

「Hôtel confortable avec chambre spacieuse, nous avions une vue piscine. Service à l’accueil inexistant, petit déjeuner industriel (à fuir) si possible. Nous avons pris egalement un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, la nourriture est industrielle et de mauvaise qualite, les serveurs sont lents et pensent à jouer sur leur téléphone. Spa (30 euros par personne) de bonne qualité. 」

「Very clean to the town location. Free parking was on the street and close by. The staff was very accommodating and even exchanged rooms for us (single bed) at no charge. Very convenient (all walking distance) to all of the town’s activities.」
