“The condo's location is fabulous. It's so close to the beach and near so many places to eat and shop. Having an assigned parking spot was one of the reasons we selected the place, but honestly, you don't need a car if you don't need to travel elsewhere. “Alisa is such a caring host! Any questions we had were answered and she was absolutely great during the check-in and check out process. The studio was clean and everything we could have asked for. She even gave us a cute little margarita kit which inspired our drink of choice for the weekend. The bikes were also great. You won’t regret staying here — missing SD already. “Other than the floor being quite dirty upon arrival (feet turned black from walking around barefoot) the stay was excellent. Loved the roll-up garage door front, watched the sunset against the new condos across the street. The church across the street was nice to look out at too. Some road construction nearby caused some congestion but never had a problem finding street parking right out in front. 10/10 would stay here again and looking forward to the next time I head to SD and it’s available.”
