Kindly turn off pool heater, heating &/or A/C, lights and any appliances. Please keep house in the same manner you found it. It isn't necessary but appreciated if you could start a load of towels.
Otherwise, please throw towels in the laundry basket, so our cleaning crew can easily locate them. We thank you in advance for your assistance with the Check Out Policy.

Perfect location in La Jolla

We had a fantastic week visiting San Diego as a family. Location in La Jolla is walking distance to some shopping and restaurants, plus beach, kayaking and surfing right across the street! Convenient to the zoo, Coronado and other locations as well. House is amazing and everyone enjoyed the pool/hot tub!

Amazing location with great views. We loved the access to the beach across the street and being able to walk to restaurants. House is lovely and well set-up, and kids and adults both loved the pool/spa! Host were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and we are hoping to return and stay here again.

Beautiful property located across the street from a beach access point- walking distance to a few restaurants, our VERY favorite Italian restaurant Piatti - EXCELLENT!! We mostly used Lyft to get around. Kitchen well stocked- Keurig machine. No ice maker- ice trays. Pool is large hot tub with jets- very great!! Very relaxing and private. Beach is nice walk from one end to the other. Comfortable beds- no chest of drawers for clothes- just hang them up- plenty of hangers. Toe-locks on sliding glass doors- host was SO helpful with any of our needs!! Amazing home!!

Wedding weekend

This house was just as pictured, and we had a wonderful stay for a family wedding. We didn't actually get to spend a whole lot of time in the house, but everything was very clean, all in working order, and had amazing views of the Pacific. We want to stay again in the summer when the weather is a little warmer!

Family Oasis for Daughter's Wedding

Terrific layout for our group of 6 adults with plenty of spaces to gather and spread out. We loved walking to nearby shops and restaurants, the beautiful sunset views over the ocean, the hot tub/pool, and the large family room. It was the perfect home base for our group during our weeklong stay! We LOVED La Jolla, Torrey Pines Golf and State Park, and downtown San Diego - all close by!

Perfect property in a gorgeous location

This beautiful house in La Jolla was perfect for our family trip. We absolutely loved the amenities and location and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication with the host was quick and easy. The beach is literally right across the street. We loved watching all the surfers from the dining room as we ate breakfast every morning. Perfect location 20 minutes or less from everything.

Having the beach right across the street was perfect! Gorgeous sunsets on the front deck. The pool/hot tub was an amazing way to end the day. The home was stocked better then some places we have stayed! 20 minutes from everywhere you want to go and see, yet walkable to the beach, shopping, and restaurants! It was perfect!

Great House for a family vacation

This our 3rd time staying at this beach house. It fits our family of three couples and toddler perfectly. Easy and quick walk to the beach. The Spa/pool is great for fun with little kids and adults, lots of seating and great jets. Linda is always a joy to work with and communicate with if anything arises. Some nice upgrades have been done throughout the house.

Our 3 year old swam independently for first time!

With the birds of paradise (flowers), palm and banana trees all around, and the 360 degree views of the ocean and surroundings, the property is truly inspirational. The accommodations were lovely and user friendly, linda was totally responsive and helpful, and the the pool was so amazing that our granddaughter swam independently in it for her first time. Awesome place.

Amazing Beach Front Property

We absolutely loved this beach front property for our family of 5. The convenience of being able to walk straight to the La Jolla Beach within 2 minutes was priceless! The beach was perfect sands too. The property was very accommodating and had many luxury amenities to enjoy. We loved the great room with ocean views and of course the amazing spa.
