Great Ca stay!

Great place! felt brand new, upscale, safe quiet roomy clean property! Great little walk to street with lots of shops and restaurants and surfing. Just love the overall area, driving around what a beautiful town and nearby shopping and tourist attractions!

Perfect Sanctuary in Beautiful La Jolla

The location of this beautiful property couldn’t be better … walking distance from the beach and great restaurants in La Jolla. It was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend for our girlfriends’ weekend. The property manager also made check-in very easy with helpful communication throughout.

Amazing place in La Jolla Shores!

Recently visited for a long weekend for a family wedding. Slept 8 comfortably in the home with the pullouts. Great hangout area on the 2nd level. Super conveniently located. Would absolutely stay there again on our next visit!

Great Property, Perfect Location!

The Shores was perfect for our long weekend to visit our son at UCSD! It was a 10 minute scenic drive to campus and also walking distance to shops and the beach. The house was very clean and just like the listing pictures. Communication with management was very good and check in was easy. I would certainly stay here again in the future!

Down by the sea

This is the third time my family and I have stayed in this property. It is clean and comfortable. On demand water heater allows all of us to get showered up and ready to walk to one of many nearby restaurants after a day at the beach. Will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Clean. Close to shops and restaurants and beach. Nice big garage. Agree with other reviews that it’s a two bedroom but has pullout couches with plenty of bathrooms. Enjoyed it! Thank you!

Great location

Our family of six (kids ages 2 to 12) enjoyed staying at this property, which was only a short walk to the beach (La Jolla Shores). There are places to eat along that route including a small grocery market. The drive is brief to downtown La Jolla as well as to other fun spots like Birch Aquarium, UCSD, and Torrey Pines. The drive to San Diego wasn’t bad, maybe 25 minutes. The property is in a quiet neighborhood (other than minor road noise). The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and good water temperatures. The kitchen was stocked with basics (we missed a muffin pan and coffee grinder). The third floor might need a water pump for higher pressure. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d recommend it.

Relaxing vacation destination

My family and I venture to La Jolla every year for a bit of beach time relaxation. This place is within walking distance of the beach, a park with playground, and eateries as well as a small grocery market. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Beautiful townhouse

This freshly appointed home is a gem. Quiet clean and convenient to La Jolla Village and the beach. We rent quite often and this was one of our better finds. Recommend this property highly.

Everything about this vacation home is perfect. Clean, beautiful, secure, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, spacious showers, and deluxe kitchen! T&R at La Jolla

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and well-appointed. The location was great; just a short 1/2 mile walk through the plaza to the beach. We would have liked a little (yard) space where we could have just walked out our door to get some sun. We walked a block to the "Corner" coffee shop in the morning to have coffee and sit in the sun, which we enjoyed very much.

The house was great and incredibly clean. The bedding was very comfortable including the pull out beds. There were no kitchen trash bags and there was no hair dryer which was surprising at this price point, but I will know to ask next time.

Great Unit!

This unit was actually better than expected! Since it is the last unit in the row, it is a bit more more private than the others. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The third bedroom is not a real bedroom but a pull out in the large entry room of the house, but since it is separate from the rest of the house (1st floor) and has its own bathroom, it was private. Great location that you can walk to the local stores, restaurants and the beach! We will definitely stay here again! Really loved it!

This was perfect for a multigenerational family of five people for UCSD graduation. LaLolla Shores is my favorite place in LaJollla and this is right near the center of activity. House is new and well appointed. It is listed as three bedrooms but the third is really the bottom floor den with pull out sofa . It was fine for our daughter but has no private door and all access to the house is through that room. Really a two bedroom. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

Perfect 4th of July location

Very happy with the property and will return. La Jolla Shores is much better location for our family compared to other alternatives in San Diego area. The property is very conveniently located close to the main restaurants/shops in the La Jolla cove area, but quiet and less rowdy than areas near the park. We like to be close to activities, but not in the heart of ware zone. Convenient and very walkable for our extended family including our 75 year old mother/grandmother. The property is a newer home with new appliances and décor. Slept 6 comfortably with 3 showers which was perfect. Great option for families that want to visit the beach, but not have to deal with the crowds in Mission or PB.
