Jolie situation mais tant de choses à améliorer

La maison dispose d’un très beau cadre extérieur: magnifique vue dégagée, vue sur la mer, belle situation géographique, grande terrasse et belle piscine. A l’intérieur la maison a de jolie volume. Cependant beaucoup de choses sont négligées ou en mauvais état: nombreuses ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas, ventilateurs cassés, vaisselle sale à notre arrivée, chaises cassées qui se déboîtent (dangereux), supports de radiateurs arrachés, prises électriques décrochées du mur, tiroir de commode H.S. La maison est également très humide notamment dans la partie inférieure ( moisissures visibles, importante odeur d’humidité...). Dommage qu’il y ai tant de négligences!!

Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten

Das Haus wirkt insgesamt nicht sehr solide gebaut, es gibt Beschädigungen wie zum Beispiel: Lampen sind defekt, Gläser gebrochen, Heizkörper aus der Wand gerissen und ähnliches. Aber die Lage und Anbindung ist super. Kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen, sehr schöne Aussicht und großer Pool.
