"We enjoyed our overnight stay and had a good breakfast in the morning. The hosts were welcoming and helpful The location is good with enough evening options. The room was clean and perfect for our overnight stay. We weren’t aware that the only access to the rooms on the first floor is up and outside stone staircase - not ideal in the wet. The car park is small but manageable even with large vehicles. We’d happily return "

"We were welcomed by Pierre who was an excellent host throughout our stay. The cottage was just as we expected old rustic and very French just as we like. The bed was very comfortable and within a short walk to the Bakery. Two miles drive to nearest town with of good places to eat. We had a great stay and would recommend the location for Cher and Loire region. "

"Very unique experience! It felt as though we had stepped back in time. You truly feel like you are living in a 16th century manor complete with interesting antiques. The pool is well maintained and the kids had a great time exploring the grounds and surrounding gardens and storage/cave areas that are part of the structure. "

"Lovely and very well equipped fire. The pool area is great and secure for children. Kim and Jeremy were extremely welcoming, helpful and very communicative. we stayed with our two very young children and there was plenty of baby equipment (high chair, baby bath, stair gate etc) available. The location is rural but within an easy drive to lots of local amenities and chateaux. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore the area!"
