"This feedback is about you VRBO and not the rental. We were shocked and dismayed at what you VRBO charge us the client. That tourism tax was particularly irritating. Other than advertising, managing the money and oversight the bulk of the work comes back to the owner. In this case you, VRBO, who even charge for a phone call if calling from Canada, are overcharging. Holding the entire amount is too much. When I booked through you I did it for two main reasons. "We just loved this spot! The layout of the property, our coffees on the deck area overlooking the property, Siegfried our host, just so many good things. "We loved our time at Angel’s Haven. The house is beautiful and architecturally unique. Nice outdoor patio area beside a small, but very appreciated, pool: nicely laid out and functional kitchen/dining/living on the main floor, and nice bedrooms on the upper floors. The views are great, but it comes with the price of being near the top of a steep road that’s a good 15 minute walk to the beach. "Our group had a great stay, the condo was clean, well appointed with all that we needed in the kitchen, extra bed and towel linens along with pool towels. The bi-fold doors opened up the entire window wall facing the ocean bringing in the sounds and breeze from the ocean, it was a bonus! Owners Diane and Randy were very helpful in introducing us to the area for local entertainment and restaurants' and were available if we needed anything during our stay. We would book this condo again."
