“Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.”

“Staff was excellent. Not worth the price. We paid for penthouse corner room. One window opened to a white wall and you could not see anything else. Only ocean view was the balcony. Bathroom needs updated.”

“Though we enjoyed our family trip as our boys visited Galveston beach for the first time, our experience with Holiday Club was lacking. For some reason, the master bathroom toilet was left uncleaned with old dried up feces and urine. The most devastating part was almost half of our trip was spent without power.
