"Had to pay for bed sheets at the property, plus we weren’t allowed drinks around the pool which wasn’t easy for us as we had kids so had to walk like every 30 mins to our apartment to getting drinks. "

"we had a fantastic time and the accommodation was great. It was clean, tidy and well equipped and furnished. The yard was great to hang out and the heated pool is phenomenal. A great house and garden to relax and spend time with the family. The landlords were very hospitable and generous people. We had a wounderful time :-)"

"Our family had a wonderful week-long stay at Villa Mas des Oliviers. All of the outdoor space was incredible -- two places to cook and eat al fresco, beautiful pool, brand new hammam/sauna. My kids (ages 6 and 10) had plenty to do with the trampoline, soccer, and archery, and the adults enjoyed the spa and pool. The location is very central to many beautiful spots including Gordon and Valbonne. We hope to be back!"

"A beautiful property in a stunning quiet setting."

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"We really enjoyed Ivan's house. The garden is huge, and the pool very large. The water temperature was totally fine in late May (it may be a bit cold if its not sunny for a few days). "I hate writing negative reviews, but if I saw a review like this, I would 't have made the mistake of staying. Its rare the rating system on this site fails me, but holy carp, this was not good. 6.0 at best. Didn't feel right when we pulled up in the neighborhood, no one at check-in, but keys stapled to the wall. The room was no frills, which was fine, but even the common areas were 2-star. AC not working well was the icing on the cake. We almost left, but it was just a quick crash for the night , shower and leave early in the morning. At half the price, maybe, as that would told you exactly what the place was. "

"Warning at the end! This was a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town. The front desk person was an angel and the manager was great. Our room was spacious, compared to others we stayed in during this trip. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Very nice breakfast. The hotel only had 10 parking spaces and they were all occupied. Fortunately I was able to park on the street across from the hotel because it was a Saturday night and the parking ban there was not enforced that late or in the morning. Moral of the story: Get there as early as possible so you can grab a space. However, the garage is tight so try on-street parking if your vehicle is big."
