To reach and park right at the house's doorstep, a 4x4 off-road vehicle is ESSENTIAL. If you don't have one, you can park your standard car about 400 meters away and take a 5-minute walk through the quiet village to reach the accommodation.

You will find a key box outside the building. We will provide the code once the reservation has been made.

Located in a charming, peaceful coastal town far removed from the city's hustle and bustle. In addition to having natural pools and a fishing pier just steps away, the area surrounding La Matanza de Acentejo offers opportunities to enjoy:

- Nature and Hiking: The Costa de Acentejo Protected Landscape, the impressive agricultural terraces of Los Nateros, the La Vica Recreational Area, and the historic Camino de los Canarios trail.

- Historical Heritage: Risco de La Sabina, the iconic Hermitage of San Antonio Abad (one of the oldest on the island), and the Parish Church of El Salvador.

You can use Titsa Line 104, which connects Santa Cruz de Tenerife with the north of the island and has stops near the El Caletón area and La Matanza de Acentejo.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and older (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet Hours and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken out of the building upon departure.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Visitors: Access is prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation.
