“It is a 4-bedroom house with 2 full baths. It is in a nice, safe neighborhood. It had a hot tub. The entire house was very clean. The house has kind of a quirky layout but was updated throughout. There was 1 bedroom & big bath upstairs & 3 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Everything worked in the house.The operator is very efficient and communicates very well and timely. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Host David was responsive with Messages and a wonderful host. Had no problem accessing premises. Condo mostly as advertised. 3rd bedroom was below ground and did not have a door for privacy. It was the largest of the bedrooms, which made it nice. Ample dishes and glasses in the kitchen with basic kitchen spices as well. Even had coffee and tea. We greatly enjoyed our stay, great location to walk anywhere in the city. We parked our car in a nearby garage and did not need to use it the whole time……

“What a unique and special place to stay! The quirkiness makes it just thst much better too. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with a cruise out of Quebec, so we stayed here a few days before the cruise and we loved this property! It is a short but steep walk down to the ferry and costs 4.10 each way per person. Cars are 8.50 2.10 per person beyond the driver, so really almost the same price as single passengers for 4 of us! “We wanted something different than a hotel for our visit to Quebec City and the House boat did not disappoint. Great location with an easy walk to Old Quebec, the public swimming area, rental bike stations and great restaurants. The houseboat was spacious, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning as the sun came up and wine at night looking at the views of the city. Check in and check out was easy and the staff at the Marina were very……

“We loved staying at La Vielle Maison. The location was perfect for visiting the city, the falls, and Saint Anne de Beaupre. The house accommodates many people and the bedrooms are still spacious. The entryway is great for leaving lots of shoes and there are extra chairs and table in the closet for additional dining. The shower had great water pressure. The only thing that the house needs more of is forks (some of us used spoons for salad!) A wonderful visit all around.”
