It's absolutely beautiful, spacious, light and airy. Snr Fabian was very helpful as was his friend (who translated)Sadly the jacuzzi wasn't working on our arrival but was fixed before we left.Amazing pool and BBQ area.A brilliant holiday enjoyed by 6 adults and a baby, thank you

Perfect location, very idyllic and the villa has stunning terraces for perfect mountain & sea views
Easy access from Alicante and situated by the little town of La Nucia but just a short 15 minute drive from Altea with its lovely long pebble beach and numerous bars and restaurants or just the other side of the mountain Calpe, with sandy beaches and more restaurants and bars. Away from the the noise of Bendorm these 2 places are perfect.
The villa is very well appointed with air con keeping all rooms cool and a modern kitchen that has all you need. However step outside and it really is stunning - the first terrace has stone table and benches (with a retractable awning to give shade when you need it), a second kitchen - fully enclosed with fridge, cooker, sink etc, this was so useful, and also a toilet and built-in Stone BBQ. The second terrace has a beautiully set pool, sizeable with plenty of space for all of the sunloungers, outdoor shower cubicle, a hot tub with stunning views of the mountains and sea and a second stone table and benches also with retractable awning. Such a brilliant space to spend time lounging swimming, enjoying the views, cooking, eating......it really has everything this place! You need a car, which we had and allowed us to explore local attractions such as the waterfalls (Fuentes del Algar) - a great place to swim and climb, and El Castell de Guadalest with its green lake, castle and quaint ancient village.
We were looked after very well by Phillipe who was on hand when needed but left us to enjoy our week. Highly recommended.

Just the facts
Pros: The pool terrace is great and our family loved the pool. The house overall has what you need. Jose and Pepe, the caretakers next door, were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Profile of host (Henri) says he speaks English, but does not. Nobody spoke English which made communicating problems difficult even with Google translate. Henri asked for a 400€ cash deposit when we arrived which was not ever communicated until we arrived. No soap for washer or dishwasher and very limited other supplies for an 8 day stay. Henri said there was a baby cot, but there was not. We had a few other issues, but would rather be objective and fair in this review for future renters.
Overall, we had a nice time in Spain

Recomendable 100%. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, muchísimo mejor que en las fotos.
El alojamiento es completísimo no le falta ningún detalle, tienes todo lo necesario para pasar vacaciones cómodamente.
La casa es muy espaciosa y fresca, hay aire acondicionado pero no hizo falta ningún día. Camas muy muy cómodas y limpias.
Las instalaciones de la piscina muy buenas con piscina salina👍 muy limpia y en el jacuzzi te relajas con una vistas espectaculares a la montaña y el mar.
Y por último y lo mejor sus anfitriones Enrique y su esposa son gente muy amables, siempre pendientes de si necesitas algo y muy hospitalarios, sois geniales los dos y ha sido un gusto pasar estos días allí. Sois de 10 los dos igual que vuestro alojamiento. Volveremos.

La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar.
Las instalaciones de la casa son estupendas, los niños han disfrutado mucho de la piscina y el jacuzzi. Tiene unas vistas preciosas al mar/montaña desde la terraza.
La terraza de la barbacoa esta muy bien ya que dispone de una cocina exterior (tambien equipada) y un baño. Practicamente hicimos vida alli y en la piscina.
La casa estaba muy bien equipada (lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorificos, cafeteras,secador....etc) y todo muy limpio.
Tanto Henri, Pepe y Manu han sido muy atentos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema que surja.

Muy bueno, Enrique muy amable, una zona muy tranquila para pasear por la noche, buena montaña para caminar,correr o ir en bici. Cerca de buenas playas como Altea, o Benidorm, muchos supermercados en la Nucía.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble los señores (manu y soco)que nos recibieron a nuestra llegada son súper amables y serviciales no se pudieron portar mejor con nosotros.
La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos.
Au que fuimos en invierno hicimos uso de la barbacoa y la piscina es un lugar increíble.
La experiencia es para repetirla sin ningún lugar a dudas.
Si hubiera que poner algo negativo es que necesitas el coche para moverte a cualquier sitio, aunque en mi caso era justo lo que buscaba,el bullicio de benidorm de día y por la noche la tranquilidad de la urbanización.

Agreable maison bien equipee bien situee. Superbe vue sur la mer depuis le jacuzzi.
Seul bemol le jacuzzi a eu qqes pbes et nous n avons pas pu en profiter durant tt notre sejour alors que nous avions opté pr cette maison parce qu il y avait le jacuzzi. Dommage. Mais à part ça parfait. Merci bp aux proprietaires facilement joignables et tres serviables.

La casa está muy bien equipada y limpia. La piscina y el jacuzzi geniales. Hemos disfrutado mucho durante nuestra estancia.
Soco y Manuel muy atento con nosotros y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte si tienes alguna duda.

Super vacances et propriétaires super sympa
Nous avons passé 2 semaines superbes ! Les propriétaires nous ont conseillés dès notre arrivée pour faire des activités ! La maison est super, et la piscine et le jaccuzzi... juste énorme ! Un quartier tranquille et une facilité d’acce Pour benidorme. Pour résumer nous conseillons vivement cette maison !!

Belle villa de quatre chambres, climatisation et piscine.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris lors de notre arrivée. Enfin une annonce qui tiens ses promesses. Tout est conforme, la maison et très bien équipée et la cerise sur le gâteau, un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de la part des propriétaires qui vous conseillent sur les différents restaurants ou sites à visiter dans la régions, à l'écoute, gentille, et disponible que demander de plus. La résidence se situe à l'épicentre de tous les points touristiques . Je recommande vivement cette villa vous ne serait pas déçue.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis le jacuzzi et la piscine. Propriétaires très serviables. Ils font tout pour vous rendre les vacances le plus agréable possible. Et en plus, leur chorizo est Excellent !

Excellente vacance

Villa encore mieux en vrai la vue sur la mer du jacuzzi magnifique !! situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais en même temps proche de tout la plage et les restaurants les commerces et mêmes les parc d'attraction.. la région est très jolie un coin de l'Espagne a découvrir ..
