Large villa with a private heated pool

  • Just 15 minutes from Paris in Rosny-sous-Bois, in the residential neighborhood of Plateau d’Avron, come discover this magnificent home that has been completely renovated, featuring a private garden, a pool with spa, a barbecue, and a terrace.... Perfect for gatherings with family or friends

This fully furnished and equipped home offers over 200 m² of floor space across 4 levels (including the finished basement). There are 3 bathrooms and 2 separate restrooms

. The house features more than 6 bedrooms, sleeps 16, and includes a game room with a TV and foosball table. Currently, there is a construction site next to the house with a crane that can be seen from the garden; we have replaced the gas grill with a Weber electric grill, which is easier to use.
