perfect location

had good stay for a month at the casa atlanticavery basis - beds quite hard, needed an extra pillow as pillows were too soft. these were provided next day shower door had a curtain which was not great a proper shower door would be more beneficial however hot water always. great to have a washing machine. sofa hard needed updating to proper sofa. tv only provided 1 english channel to watch for whole month not idealk but was ok. patio table and chairs were plastic and needed updating to better ones. towels bit dated could do with better quality towels, extra bed sheets and pillow cases provided which was good. more size glasses for drinking would help. salt pepper and olive oil provided wouold be good. overall very basis apartment well studio as bed were in lounge. but very clean and great position in Jandia

Günstiges Appartement in Strandnähe

Für einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt gebucht als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Man bekommt genau das, was der Vermieter anbietet! Ein solides, für bis zu 3 Personen ausgestattetes Appartement in 2ter Reihe und somit direktem Meerblick. Parkplätze sind auf der Hauptstraße kostenlos vorhanden, ebenso Geschäfte und Restaurants, sowie ein Supermarkt. Der Strand ist in 5, das Zentrum von Morro Jable in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Etwas nervig waren die täglichen Mails zum Check-in. Man wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Tür-Code erst nach Zahlung der Kaution zugesendet wird. Diese kann man systembedingt aber erst einen Tag vor dem Check-in anweisen. Daher unbedingt dran denken! Ein Late Check-out war bei mir nicht möglich, wahrscheinlich wegen Reinigungsarbeiten und anschließend neuer Gäste. Ich habe bei meiner Ankunft ein paar Haare in der Dusche gefunden und in der Toilette waren noch Spuren der Vorgänger zu sehen. Schade war auch, dass es keine Isolierung gibt. Das obere Appartement lässt Geräusche durch gehende Personen deutlich wahrnehmen. Ebenso sind die Fenster im Bad und Flur nicht vollständig schließbar. Der Kühlschrank steht im Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer und macht Geräusche, was störend sein kann. Der Blick auf die Hauptstraße, die Lage und vor allem der Preis sind aber sehr attraktiv. Wer über die genannten Schwächen hinwegsehen kann und keinen Luxus braucht, und sich nicht den ganzen Tag im Appartement aufhält, wird hier eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit finden.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super. Das Appartement ist so gut gelegen, dass alles was man braucht in der Nähe ist. Strand, Supermarkt, Shops aller Art und natürlich auch der Strand mit einem Leuchtturm. Allein der Strandblick mit Sonnenaufgang beim Frühstück ist schon einiges wert. Der Buchungsvorgang mit den Erklär-Videos war auch perfekt, so haben wir das Appartement super gefunden. Vielen Dank!
