The 86 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, a fan, and a washing machine.



    This holiday rental features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The property is a 4-minute walk from a shopping center where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, various restaurants, bike and scooter rentals, and other services. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, public transport is nearby, and there is a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot.

This was our 2nd stay in a year! Enjoyed every minute.

Pros: Ramiro and Yaqualine are wonderful hosts and ensure their apartment is always a high standard, clean and comfortable. The roof terrace is an extra bonus offering privacy for sunbathing and relaxing. The location is excellent. Local bars, cafes and restaurants are close by as is a supermarket for all your daily needs when self catering. A short 10 minute stroll finds you at the beach or the centre with excellent facilities. Already planning to return. Cons: Nothing!

It is clean, quiet and walking distance to town and beach. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Pros: It is clean, quiet and walking distance to town and beach. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Cons: The property is in a private estate with barriers. If you have a car you need to park on C. El Hierro and walk to property to get barrier fob. This is not explained on arrival. Also description states there are essential toiletries but there isn’t so bring your own or there is a supermarket nearby.
