Welcome to this charming one-bedroom apartment, nestled amidst lush Atlantic gardens with a lovely pool view. Just 100 meters from the beach, it’s perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. The vibrant town centre is a 10-minute walk away, while the stunning Corralejo Dunes beaches are less than 5 minutes by car. Designed as a true home away from home, it’s ideal for both relaxing and active holidays. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 people in its 52 square meters, the apartment features a private terrace where you can enjoy gentle sunlight throughout the day, whether dining or lounging on the terrace sofa. The bedroom boasts a luxurious orthopaedic king-size mattress for a restful night’s sleep, complemented by ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, along with a Smart TV. Ruhige Lage und nicht weit von Zentrum Corraleyo.Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet.Wir geben ein Stern weniger weil wir von Samstags bis Sonntag gebucht und bezahlt haben und am Ende ging es nur von Samstag bis Samstag obwohl im Kalender frei war so das wir für den einen Tag(Samstag auf Sonntag)andere Übernachtung suchen müsstenkomplette Summe haben wir schon bezahlt somit keine Geld zurück sondern nur den einen Tag weniger 90 zurück überweisen.Also Freunde immer vorher informieren und dann Geld überweisen,sind alle nur noch Geldgeil

Well positioned apartment

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The decor is a bit tired and in need of some TLC and internet was erratic but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. As we were there for a couple of months a little more storage would have been useful but for the average week or two, it is ample. The terrace was our favourite place in the morning sunshine and in the evenings.

Relaxing break

We have just returned from an enjoyable week’s stay in Gosia’s apartment, which was exactly as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable, good shower and a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. What we also enjoyed was the area that the complex is situated in. Lots of small bars and eating places in the local shopping centre but the place we went to every day was at the sea, 10 mins walk away. Lots of water activities including different types of surfing and a nice cafe where you could sit and watch everything without being chased away. Then back to the apartment to freshen up before going out for an evening drink. Communication with Gosia was good and we will certainly be looking at returning next winter.

Not As Described

This property is not as described. It says there are 2 bedrooms but in fact there is only 1. There is a sofabed in the lounge but this does not constitute a bedroom. I contacted the owner who claimed that this is the only way on VRBO that she could say it accomodates 4 people. This is at odds with other listings that say 1 bedroom but can accomodate 4 people. I paid a higher price for a 2 bedroomed apartment which is not what I got. Beware!

We've been to Corralejo over a dozen times, staying in various SC accommodation. This was our first time at Atlantic Garden. It's a beautiful complex. Clean, friendly, great location. Our apartment was lovely - probably best for 2 rather than 3 adults as the sofa wa used as a bed but the large patio is like an extra room, cool and shaded. Will definitely book again.

We had a great time at this apartment. The owner was very nice and responded quickly when we contacted her. The apartment is nice but it shows tell tale signs of being quite old and well used. Everything we needed was there however. The only downside was the amount of noise which is transmitted from the upstairs apartment - it is horrendous. We stayed here for 5 weeks and no matter whether it's the cleaners or occupants, the sound of scraping furniture and heavy footsteps is terrible. This is not the owners fault, it's the style of building and we have encountered this in every Spanish apartment we have stayed in before. (Poured concrete). The resort (Atlantic Garden) is ok but is looking very run-down. It's clear there is no investment going into the resort and they are missing many opportunities to make it a great place. We were told the resort owners are more interested in selling off the apartments rather than doing the place up. There is a run down kids area and a small bar / kitchen which is extortionately priced. £2.70 for a small coke and £9.80 for a burger and small beer. It's cheaper on the main tourist strip! There is also a shabby area with a pool table and air hockey machine and a room with some fitness equipment in it (humorously called a gym). Other areas which look like they were once a restaurant and entertainments areas are now just full of boxes and used to store equipment. Overall a nice apartment, clean and tidy with everything required for our stay. Apart from the upstairs noise, I would recommend this apartment.

Excellent séjour

Location au top, fonctionnelle et idéalement placée à 2 minutes d'un centre commercial composé de petites boutiques,de bars et de restaurants mais aussi d'une superette très pratique pour les courses du quotidien. Le logement fait partie d'une résidence fermée avec un beau jardin et une superbe piscine où il fait bon à se prélasser en rentrant d'une journée bien remplie. Le tout à moins de 10 minutes de marche de la plage. Bref une location au top, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. En plus les échanges avec Gosia, la propriétaire, ont été très faciles depuis la prise de contact jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Encore merci pour tout. Eric et Isabelle.
