“This is a gem in the volcano! Waking up to gorgeous views and so many butterflies was a dream. Having breakfast delivered to the room was so wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the swings and the pool so refreshing.”

“The room I was assigned was a bit too small and did not have proper ventilation so with the humidity plus the lack of windows ventilation and clean air was an issue. Nonetheless, the hotel is great, staff super friendly and resourceful, it super close to the airport and has two great restaurants walking distance and a pollo campero 5 minutes away driving distance. Overall my experience was satisfactory. I would definitely stay again.”

“What a cute and interesting hotel. You will never get bored here with lots of pools to choose from and lots of places to chill out at with tables and benches and hammocks in different interesting locations. Also, the different rooms are very interesting. The boat tour was good. The food was good as well.”

“Overall, the hotel is decent, but it does not quite match the photos shown. Some facilities, particularly the bathrooms, are in need of maintenance and modernization. Cleanliness is acceptable but could be improved. With some renovations and better maintenance, the hotel could be much more pleasant.”

“The place was ok, very well kept but could be better decorated. The rooms are clean and cute but lacks refrigerator or a chair and table within rooms, the washroom is small and lacks amenities. Internet wasnt working and I had stayed for 2 nights to vacation while working remotely so Internet was a must for me. Breakfast buffet was lovely but the main menu lacked variety. Its q cute Salvadorean Peruvian food style but very pricey overall. Pools are cute but very small and water is usually warm.……
