「Upon entry, the staff was very kind and accommodating given our limited Spanish skills. The check-in was seamless and the check-out the same. 「I absolutely loved my stay here. The infinity pool was hands down my favorite part. It was relaxing and had an incredible view. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel safe the entire time. This place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.」

「Terrible. Mi cuarto se inmundo por una filtración y mi ropa se mojo. La comida descompuesta si bien es cierto me la cambiaron y no la cobraron. Fatal toda la experiencia en este hotel. Perdi la otra noche reservada por que no tenia ropa. 」

「This is not a fancy Hotel, it’s more like an old beach front hotel back in the states, but the staff is amazing.i was there in April 2025 and I got so sick with travelers diarrhea and the Hotel manager was so nice and took me to a local hospital. He was genuinely worried about me.thank you staff and hospital staff for giving the best care. Will and plan to go back soon.」
