“Horrible experience. We have been renting at this resort for 15 years and love it here. This condo was filthy, and not cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to ask property manager to have it cleaned. Dishwasher broken, coffee maker broken, garbage disposal broken, sink plugged up, broken plunger. Stained sheets, maintenance has not been done on this unit in a very long time. Big disappointment! This condo is overpriced and definitely overrated.”

“The property is in a gated area and the listing was accurate and close to all La Paz has to offer. The property owner/manager was quick to respond to concerns. Unfortunately, due to some issues at the property we had a day and a half of no water at the end of our stay which brought down the overall rating. ”

“PDM was the perfect place for relaxation & enjoyment. The beach is wonderful sunrise to sunset. Staff for the boat shuttle, van transport & poolside bar/restaurant were awesome. The bikes throughout the resort give a fun option for getting around. The condo itself was comfortable and easy access. The worst thing wete the bugs. Most staff and guests were covered with bites, little tiny bugs you barely see. We were told the resort sprayed the grounds the day before we left which was much better.……

“The place was clean, the property nice, and he left us a big jug of water with a pump. It's a pretty basic room, but we didn't plan on spending a lot of time there. He is not very quick with messages though. The lock on the door was broken and I didn't sleep well because of that. I let the host know first thing in the morning and he said he would be there momentarily. We waited two hours and he never showed. Never fixed the door. Also we didn't have a shower curtain which he also said he would……

“Quality of the condo. Location”

“Good instructions provided for check-in and key management. Host responded quickly via texts to the few questions we had. Convenient location, but somewhat noisy between the traffic nearby and construction across the street. Never found the pool or bicycles mentioned, but did use the El Faro beach club membership twice. While a bit of a trip from town, the El Faro property was well-appointed with good bar service and wonderful food.”

“Very comfortable, modern condo, very close walk to Cerritos Beach, drinkable water in the condo which we appreciated! Property manager was so nice and helpful, we'd be happy to stay here again!”
