“The location and ocean view were great. Those were the positives. The negatives were the air conditioner does not work so it gets too warm in the unit, especially for sleeping. There was also a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom that caused horrible smells. ”

“Host was great about answering questions before trip. Rental was exactly as described. Location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants on the beach. Really enjoyed watching the surfers, beautiful sunsets and even whales one day. Loved the rooftop to spend time relaxing with a book or stargazing at night. Would definitely come back! ”

“Stayed at this condo and it wasn’t what I expected. The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. Towels smelled musty and there was no bottled water available. If you book here, be prepared to rough it. “Martha was a great host. She was very responsive and patient. However, beware the town house it’s self need some TLC. You can tell the owners haven’t been there in a while. Appliance were inoperable, kitchen was full of mismatched and useless pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Throughout the house there were damaged fixtures and the floors could be cleaner. ”

“The location of this Condo was ideal! From your east facing doors, you could watch the sun rise over the water or step outside for an unobstructed view on an expansive patio with cushioned lounge chairs. I chose the latter with my coffee cup in hand. Dick was very responsive to all of our needs and questions both before and during our stay. Having a condo rather than a hotel is far superior in my opinion. The extra space and amenities (full kitchen and 2 bathrooms) are all a big bonus! We……
