We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ...

「great spot and Salombe adults only as part of much larger Anthelia hotel is the concept. On the plus side the staff were exceptionally attentive. However we reported our TV not working effectively (poor signal making it unwatchable). It was alledgedly fixed but the fault was still the same. We found the mattress to be exceptionally firm. We passed feedback and they then fitted a mattress cushion which did then make it acceptable. However it was only by chance we passed feedback. It would have...

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. 」

「This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Costa Adeje ,it has a lovely swimming pool and when we were there the pool was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room shuts at 9.30pm with very little leeway which seems pretty early for Spain.」
