"It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . "

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this everything was "

"We just came back from an amazing two-week stay at Chalet Mathilde.The location was unbeatable, with ski-in/ski-out access just 30 meters away.The chalet itself was very modern and well-equipped. Kitchen seemed brand new and well stocked. Six bedrooms each with its own bathroom was more than enough for our group of nine.Living/dining area had great views of the Alps.We all loved the boot room. Ski racks, boot warmers. We felt very spoiled.After a day of skiing… the sauna and hot tub (again with great views of the Alps) was just icing on the cake.Tory and Manos were our main contacts. They were very friendly and kind, and responded very quickly to any questions that arose.Overall, it was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable alpine getaway."
