“There had recently been a water break. The hotel was filthy and everything smelled musty. Elevator was down for half the stay. First room was so awful we were going to leave but went ahead and took the third floor room they put us in because it was very late. Our room was avearge but there was majot construction going on in the hotel all around us. Would not stay here again. ”

“I would rate Aspen Grand a big fat zero if I could. Upon arrival I realized the hotel was filthy the second I stepped in the lobby. The girl at the front desk was polite, and that’s probably the only good thing I can say about the place. They tried to put us (including my 86 year old grandfather) on the fourth floor which wouldn’t have been an issue, except the elevator was out of service. After some arguing, one of the cleaning staff members informed the attendant that they just finished……
