“We love this property. Secluded and private area north of Santa Fe but only a few minutes into town. Donna is an excellent host. Very responsive. Just down the road there is a great bar/ restaurant called Teseque Village Market and El Niño next door is more upscale with an excellent bar.”

“I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it. The home is stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed—everything from the furniture to the kitchen setup felt high-end and welcoming. The indoor pool was a huge hit, and the pickleball court added a fun, active way to spend our afternoons. We ended up playing almost every day!One of the most memorable parts of the trip was visiting the neighboring ranch. “Truly an extravagant and overwhelming home. 8500 sf of space with wings for privacy for families. We were 3 generations, so we had the main bedroom/baths for grandma and grandpa; the downstairs wing (two bedrooms bath living room laundry/game room) for my son's family; and the upstairs wing (two bedrooms bath bar living room) for my daughter's family. And lots of communal space. There was even a spare bedroom/bath for a nanny if you need it.”

“This place was awesome, we enjoyed how well furnished the place was. We were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinner, had everything you can think of. All of the sky lights and balcony’s were awesome. This place is a must book, close to the city, and hiking. But away enough to be quiet and see a ton of stars at night!”

“I recently travelled to this house with a group of 8 men for a golf trip. We thoroughly enjoyed Santa Fe, the golf courses and the weather. The house was great...no complaints. We had plenty of room for everyone although 4 of the men had to sleep in twin beds while the other 4 had huge suites. No of them complained but I will say the bedrooms are set up more for families and less for individual people. We came there knowing this and the pictures are accurate. So, again, the place was exactly……

Well equipped, very comfortable, close enough to town but also far enough away from the hustle bustle. Tim was very comfortable to work with throughout the reservation process and stay.”

“We selected this property so my family could all stay together. We loved the views, front and back patio areas and the multiple places for friends and family to gather inside. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen is well appointed and all was very comfortable. Must be able to go up and down stairs due to the slope of the property. Not an issue for our group but could be for some.”
