「Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. 」

But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there.
One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used.
