We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time. The beds are very comfortable and the space is a well-stocked home. Hotel-like amenities and across the way from a great pool. Kathleen was very communicative and made sure we were all set. Excellent hospitality. Will stay again!

By far the best place to stay and Katie has done an amazing job providing all the comforts of home! We rarely eat out and rely on having a well stocked kitchen—not only with pantry supplies but cooking supplies—completely meets this requirement! Have stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. Looking forward to returning again (soon!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spotlessly clean and I have never stayed anywhere that had everything you could need! The location was fantastic and the townhouse was perfect for four adults. Communication with Katie was fantastic and it’s clear that she really wants to make sure anyone who stays in your property has a wonderful holiday. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This wAs an excellent rental! Location is perfect, the area is peaceful and serene. The bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with some lovely daily items. Owners are awesome!!! Thank you for a lovely week of fun family time in the sun.

This Unit is lovely and in a great location. It has been recently renovated so it's very clean and nicely decorated. There are welcoming touches such as comfy hotel robes and towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen is well organized and easy to operate. The owners are equally as nice and easy to work with.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfy. Overall, it was the best equipped rental yet. Very thoughtful touches throughout, even a stocked fridge upon arrival with breakfast items etc. for the morning. We were very comfortable here. Loved the bikes to tool about and the close proximity to the resort. Highly recommended! Thank you Kathleen.

The purpose of our trip was to relax and enjoy the delicious sun! And did we! The home was amazingly comfortable, very clean and we loved the little things and attention to detail to make sure our stay was great! We will be back for sure! Can’t think of one thing that would have made our stay more perfect! A beautiful property & our every expectation was met. Rode bikes & swam in the pool. A bottle of red & a bottle of white were left as gifts for us. Our hosts thought of every detail!

The unit itself is so pretty and so well designed, warm, welcoming and comfortable, the photos don’t do it justice, we really didn’t want to leave. Pool so close by, everyone adhered to safe social distancing, and the unit was thoroughly cleaned and I felt safe bringing my kids there. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This condo is the best... I couldn't have asked for a better experience among the covid.... I was left some wonderful nourishments for me... which was soo appreciated...This condo was comfortable, the help with anything was a second away. Katie's property is a 6 STAR location maybe even 7 STARS if either were possible. If you are looking at properties in the La Quinta area, it would be YOUR absolute loss not to rent this location. Over the years I have had the pleasure staying at many rental locations and I have never experienced the level of detail or warmth as I did at this rental property. She has set up the property to feel like you are staying at a friends or families La Quinta condo, not VRBO.

Great location. Beautiful condo with everything you need including things you forgot (toothbrush). Pool and hot tub 100 feet away. Bikes and tennis rackets in garage. Highly recommend. We enjoyed near by biking , hiking and golf. 2 minute walk to resort restaraunts and shops and less than a mile to old town La Quinta.

My husband and I brought our 3 teenage daughters and 10 yr old son for a weekend away. We all had such a great time! I have never found such gracious hospitable owners. They were fantastic! Our kids loved riding the bikes they provided, playing tennis, swimming, hot tubbing and much more! The grounds are beautifully taken care of and our 10 year old loved playing catch on the grass. It was just the most relaxing weekend.

From the moment I inquired about this home, to the minute we left, we felt pampered and well cared for. Kathleen is super responsive and her home is immaculate! And such a fabulous location steps to the Resort, swimming pool, tennis court and golf course. The home is nicely upgraded and well stocked, TVs are new, wireless is super fast. One of the most tranquil and peaceful locations in Santa Rosa Cove! Loved relaxing on the back patio or enjoying the soothing waterfall in the courtyard. We are definitely coming back again!

Can't say enough great things about this welcoming, luxurious property! My husband and I travel extensively for business and pleasure and our stay here far exceeded all our expectations. We have also stayed numerous times at the La Quinta Resort next door, and this condo beats that resort "hands down." This home and property are meticulously maintained, and every need anticipated. We enjoyed this condo's quiet and beautifully decorated patios, but also the wonderful entertainment and restaurants just a short walk away. They even have bicycles that we rode all around Santa Rosa Cove and into the quaint little town of La Quinta. Have already booked another vacation at our new "home away from home." We rate this one a Must Stay :)!

If you need it, this place has it! It was clean, roomy and an overall beautiful casita for our family of 4. We stayed a week from WA state and having a pool just steps away was so convenient and accessible. And talk about the best host! We arrived Easter Sunday to 2 wonderful baskets each with my girls' names. They were full of candy, toys and fun stuff. And not to mention the 2 bottles of wine for mom and dad and fridge stocked with breakfast foods and drinks. This was the best rental by far and a superb location. It was also steps away from main resort entry for fun people watching and snacks/drinks. Thank you so much again Hawkes!
