Welcome to your resort vacation in our PGA West La Quinta home. Our 3,700 sq ft luxury property sits on the 11th hole of the Arnold Palmer Course with enthralling views of the Santa Rosa mountains. The fully-appointed main house consists of 2 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a dining room, large living room with wet bar, a dedicated office, a spacious den with sofa bed and an open kitchen fully-equipped with high-end Kitchen-Aid appliances. A detached casita offers an additional 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchenette and dedicated washer/dryers.

As you enter the property, you’ll feel like you’ve wandered into a resort . . . and you have! The first thing you’ll want to do is unwind in the 35 foot, custom designed, lap-pool and soak in your bubbling private spa. Gorgeous palm trees flank this secluded space, and the spillway waterfall creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy doing nothing. NOTE: Heating the spa is included in the rental charge, but there is an optional $60/night fee to heat the pool during peak season (Oct-May).

If you prefer, you can also enjoy a spacious patio located at the back of the property where you can sip your perfect drink and watch the golfers navigate the 11th hole. The patio is amply furnished with several sets of wicker furnishings all with comfortable Sunbrella cushions.

If you love pizza, and who doesn’t, you will have great fun creating your favorite pies using our outdoor, commercial grade Bakers Choice pizza oven. Or if your taste buds prefer, grill up a juicy steak on the Lynx BBQ. Either way, you’ll be enjoying the calm of the desert and the gorgeous Santa Rosa mountain range in the background. When dusk arrives, the mountains are lit, giving you the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening on the patio with your family or friends. Sip your favorite beverage under the stars while gazing at the majestic illuminated mountains until you’re ready to retire.

INSIDE THE PROPERTY
You’ll use your secure, keyless entry code to enter inside where you’ll find everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Gorgeous travertine flooring and an open floorplan create a beautiful, bright ambiance. Once inside, you’ll move immediately toward the spacious living room with 7- foot windows that frame picturesque views of the golf course, the mountain range, and your over-sized patio space. Out of the corner of your eye, you’ll spot a fully-equipped sunken wet bar and file that in your memory bank for cocktail hour later. A large flat screen TV features prominently above the cozy fireplace, where you can unwind watching your favorite shows on Spectrum cable.

Next, you’ll make your way to the remodeled/expanded kitchen and you’ll be struck by the cathedral ceiling, custom spot lighting, and full suite of stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers that ensure you will not be handwashing a single plate during your vacation. The gorgeous granite island creates a perfect spot to gather your group, chat up a storm, and map out your next meal. Cooking meals in this fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, and you have every necessary appliance and plenty of space for preparation and serving.

Next you can head to a formal dining room that seats six comfortably. There, you ponder all the entertaining options ahead. Enjoy your meals inside around this spacious glass dining table or decide to go outside and use the patio dining table for unbeatable views. It’s a tough choice.

Now it's time to explore the two spacious and newly-decorated bedrooms, each with its own complete bathroom. You start at the Master bedroom with an inviting King bed layered in comfortable 600 thread count linens, promising a peaceful night ahead. It also includes a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and large glass windows with inviting views of the pool and tropical courtyard. You move to the Master bath which features a large walk-in shower flanked by a standalone tub to ensure you are refreshed in the morning. Oversized granite countertops, his and her sides divided by huge custom mirrors, and a separate vanity area guarantee there will be no fighting for space in the morning. You’ll also have access to a massive walk-in closet for all your belongings.

The second bedroom is equipped with a California King bed with 600 thread count linens, a flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. You’ll have ample closet space for your wardrobe. A two-sink bathroom comes equipped with a walk-in shower with a large bench to ensure you are refreshed in the morning. In this bedroom, a large sliding glass door opens up to the courtyard, so when you’re ready to enjoy the pool/spa, you’ll have easy access.

For your electronics, each bedroom has surge protectors with multiple plug-ins and USB ports on each side of the bed. We have installed an Orbi WI-FI mesh system throughout the property to ensure you have easy and fast access to the internet anywhere, anytime.

If you absolutely must conduct business during your stay, you can do so in a dedicated office. You’ll be able to spread out your computer and papers on an over-sized desk while sitting in a comfortable black leather chair.
If all you want to do is kick back and relax, we have a large den that accomplishes that mission. Equipped with a 70 inch flat screen TV and comfortable sofa sleeper bed, you’ll be able to gather, converse, read, or do nothing.

We offer additional living space in a separate casita with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the first bedroom, you’ll rest comfortably in a premium queen-size bed with 600 thread count linens and your own sitting area. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a stunning view of the pool/spa and the Santa Rosa mountains from a large sliding glass door. Each casita bedroom has it own private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity. Finally in the casita, you’ll have the luxury of your own kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and Keurig coffee maker. There’s also plenty of cabinet space for storing snacks, drinks, or any personal items. Additionally, you’ll have no problem keeping your clothes cleaned and fresh with the dedicated washer/dryer.

EXPLORING THE AREA
When it’s time to get out and explore, Old Town La Quinta is just five minutes away. Stroll along palm-lined streets with boutique shops, restaurants, an ice cream shop, a local beer taproom, and a wine emporium with regular wine tastings. Several casinos are located within 20-30 minutes where big-name bands, comedians and other performers regularly appear, and Palm Springs is only about 30-45 minutes away.

Golf fans will have no problem fulfilling their passion! Our property is located within the PGA West resort. You’ll have three public courses to choose from--TPC Stadium, Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus Tournament. You can also tee it up at Silver Rock and La Quinta Golf & Country Club located a few minutes away. If you’re a polo fan, the Eldorado Polo Club or the Empire Polo Club are also less than 10 minutes away.

If you love tennis, there are public courts about 5 minutes away in La Quinta. And if you're coming to see the pros, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is only 10 minutes from our house.

Besides the never-ending sunshine and gorgeous blue skies, you’ll have access to tennis, fishing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, hiking, Palm Springs Aerial Tram rides, and casinos. Bottom line—you’ll have no lack of entertainment options.
