Love this place!

This has become our favorite summer escape! With two small kids Legacy Villas is affordable and convenient get away from LA! The villas are clean and well equipped with all the necessaries (kitchen and laundry). My kids especially loved the retro video game in the dining room of our unit. I highly recommend!

Fantastic

Three generations of family got together to spend some quiet time before the holidays. The furnishings were wonderful. The "kids" very much enjoyed the video gaming. The two master suites worked perfectly and the pull out sofa was perfect for our college age son who made it at the last minute. Pools were nice. Near hiking. And a half mile walk to La Quinta where we used the spa, tennis courts and restaurants. Highly recommend. You get so much for the price point.

Wonderful stay in La Quinta Legacy Villas

Condo was great, had everything we needed for a great stay over thanksgiving! We had 4 families / 3 generations across two condos. This condo was great and even had more amenities than the other condo we rented. Many pool towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent and a more fully stocked kitchen. The legacy villas were great! This condo was close to a satellite pool/hot tub and about two blocks to the clubhouse pools, splash pad that the kids really enjoyed and hammocks. Entry for multiple families made easy with keypad lock rather than having to always ensure who had the house key. Also had a reserved parking spot although it only got busy the day before and after thanksgiving. We had great weather and were close to all the Palm Springs (30-40 min away) activities and Joshua Tree (1 hr from west entrance). Kids through grandparents all enjoyed and already said they want to come back again.

Amazing Stay!

Took my mom for a vacation for Mother's Day and she couldn't have been happier. Very clean and organized. Perfect for us! We bbq'd on the patio and really enjoyed every minute. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Can't wait to come back.

Great Stay!

Perfect three bedroom condo. We took our three kids down for Spring Break. The place was ideal, plenty of space, easy access to pools, and a few minutes from Old Town La Quinta. The table top arcade game was a huge hit with our kids! Highly recommend this place.

Lovely property in a great location

We had a lovely month at the very pet friendly Legacy Villas. There are so many pools and hot tubs to choose from and it never felt crowded. The grounds were very well maintained and you could even pick fruit from the citrus trees. We walked to LaQuinta village (about a mile away) and loved the access to the trail system. My only complaint is that the kitchen could use some updating. The knives were terrible, the dishwasher needed some TLC and the ice machine was initially jammed up. All in all a lovely stay though.

Mother / daughters trip

We were a set of 3 moms/daughters for a 4 night stay. Nice to arrive at a gated community, our girls are all teens so they were allowed to wonder around the property, so nice that it is gated for extra security. Although the area seems like a safe environment, just nice to have the extra secure feeling. We had a three bedroom villa, perfect for the 6 of us. It was very roomy, so we all felt like we had space. The unit itself has a little bearing up... the cupboards in the bathrooms and kitchen a little scuffed up. Noticed the comforter on the bed I slept in was stained in several areas. The bed itself was comfortable. The pools are nice, was able to spend time at a few different ones. The system for reservations is a little frustrating. And of course everything was booked before 10:00 am, on Saturday. They had only one time slot left, which we took. Turned out we were the only ones at the pool for over an hour. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.

Stunning property, beautiful scenery and incredible villa! Very well appointed kitchen and probably the best mattress I've ever slept on! The owner is super helpful and accommodating, and always at the ready to help answer my questions. A Perfect Stay

Everything about this villa is perfect. The layout of the rooms was great. We had four adults staying together so we used all three bedrooms. Two had an ensuite and the third bedroom used the shared bathroom. There was a lovely deck to sit on, overlooking a fountain. The decor was sumptuous enough to feel like we were in a five star hotel. There is free parking available. There were many pools to choose from. It should be noted there are a number of stairs to get up to the accommodation. We would definitely stay here again!
