Huis met mooie tuin, maar niet geschikt om in de winter te verblijven

De woonkamer was niet warm te stoken(gaskachels). Slechts de eetkeuken was warm te stoken. Niet alle bedden waren goed. Het huisje was niet schoon toen we aankwamen. Gedateerd en oud meubilair. Lekkage op de bovenverdieping. Kapot raam. Van de borg die je betaalt wordt electra, gas en water, hout voor de haard en vuilniszakken afgetrokken. Dus je betaalt veel meer. Kortom: wij hebben het gezellig gemaakt, maar ik raad dit huis, zeker in de winter niet aan!!

Het is een fijn groot huis, met een mooie tuin. Wel een beetje oud, met wat gebreken. Hoge plafonds met veel balken en daardoor veel spinrag en heel stofspinnen. De vloeren waren wel schoon. Bij verlaten van het huis, zag ik dat de douchematjes direct verwisseld werden voor schone. Dat is ook fijn om te weten. Eigenaresse is erg aardig en vriendelijk. Ze spreekt maar een heel klein beetje Nederlands. Communiceren was dus wel lastig. W.K uit Nederland

Eine schöne Lage, aber wenig bis gar nichts zu tun in unmittelbarer Nähe.Bei der Ankunft mussten wir noch eine Kaution von 500 € für die Kosten für Gas, Wasser und Strom hinterlegen. Der Restbetrag wird an uns zurücküberwiesen. Inzwischen sind wir mehr als 14 Tage später, haben aber immer noch nichts gesehen (noch ca. € 350,- Guthaben) Ich habe bereits versucht, Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, bekomme aber keine Verbindung. Es gab auch mehrere Mängel im Haus. Benötige dringend mehrere Reparaturen. Sie sehen uns dort nicht mehr.
