Die Buchung und alles darum herum waren sehr gut! Das Haus in Hives war okay, die Außenanlagen (Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Garten waren auch sehr gut. Die Innenausstattung war mittelmäßig, nicht sehr sauber, viele Spinnweben, kein großer Topf (für 22 Personen), keine Schere, alles andere war ausreichen und viel Platz im Wohn- und Essbereich. Der Austausch mit dem Gastgeber war schlecht. (Z.B. wurden wir laut Hausordnung aufgefordert jeden Tag eine halbe Kapsel in den Jacuzzi zu legen. Es waren keine Kapseln dort. Auf Anfrage hat der Gastgeber versprochen vorbei zu kommen. Wir haben ihn nie gesehen! Auch die Mülltrennung und -entsorgung ist schlecht beschrieben.) Wir haben dennoch eine gute Zeit gehabt!

Het incheckproces was onduidelijk en dan specifiek de betaling van de aanvullende faciliteiten (beddengoed, sauna, jacuzzi) en de toeristenbelasting. Op de website wordt daar niets over vermeld, maar in de brochure die aanwezig was in de woning staat dat de kosten hiervan na afloop van het verblijf in de woning achtergelaten dient te worden. Verwarrend, zoiets zou je van te voren willen weten. De keukenfaciliteiten waren oke. Twee vaatwassers, twee koelkasten met ingebouwde vriesvakken en 2 kooktoestellen zijn ruim voldoende voor grote groepen mensen. Wat erg tegenvalt zijn de geringe hoeveelheid potten, pannen en deksels. En van de potten en pannen die aanwezig zijn, is meer dan de helft dermate beschadigd dat je er niet in durft te koken (allemaal PFAS houdende pannen). Er was overigens wel genoeg bestek.

Het was een prettig verblijf met onze motorgroep van 16 personen. Wel lekkage in de keuken toen we boven stonden te douchen. zou na ons verblijf worden opgelost. Helaas deed de sauna het niet en kon het weekend ook niet meer worden gemaakt, wel jammer, niet voor hoeven betalen maar toch. Het was 14 graden dus na zwemmen in de sauna was leuk geweest. Van een aantal buitendeuren geen sleutel aanwezig. Als vluchtweg dus geen optie. Wel genoten, mooie plek, mooie omgeving.

Dette feriehjemmet var perfekt for vår vennegjeng, Soverommene var romslige og hvert hadde sitt eget bad, noe som var en fin detalj, Vi nøt late ettermiddager ved dammen og hadde det moro med billiard i stuen, Området er vakkert, med skog i nærheten for fotturer, En rask tur til den lokale dagligvarebutikken ga oss alt vi trengte til måltidene våre, Alt i alt en flott opplevelse, men vær forberedt på noen ekstra kostnader som sengetøy og ved til ovnen

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende in La Roche en Ardenne Die Villa war geräumig und alles war ausreichend vorhanden Verschiedene Aktivitäten konnten sowohl drinnen als auch draußen durchgeführt werden Innen: Billard, Darts, Spielekonsole, großer Fernseher. , geräumige Küche Draußen: schöner Swimmingpool, Whirlpool, Sauna, 2 Bouleplätze, große Rasenfläche, Grill in separatem Raum Die Schlafzimmer waren auch schön, mit einem Whirlpool und einer Duschkabine in jedem Zimmer, sogar im obersten Stockwerk Wir haben es genossen und schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Wetter war gut und die Außenanlagen (Schwimmbad, Außenbereich, Whirlpool etc.) waren absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch schön. Im Inneren ist das Haus weniger angenehm, was vor allem auf die mangelhafte Instandhaltung und Ausstattung zurückzuführen ist. Es ist sehr feucht, besonders in den Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt Schimmel- und Kalkflecken und es riecht muffig. Die anderen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind nur von außen zu erreichen und waren in einem besseren Zustand. Insgesamt einige Mängel, die uns aber den Spaß nicht verdorben haben.

Das Haus war etwas anders als erwartet, da die auf der Website gezeigten Bilder älter sind als das Haus und die Einrichtungen im wirklichen Leben. Auch die Rückzahlung der Kaution nimmt viel Zeit in Anspruch, ansonsten ist es ein tolles Haus für den Aufenthalt mit einer großen Gruppe. Besonders schön ist der Garten mit Außenküche, Grill, Swimmingpool, Whirlpool und Sauna.
