Peu mieux faire !

Déçus par le studio loué : surpris de passer par une agence immobilière sans check-in ni check-out; balcon sale, impossible de s’y mettre malgré une météo ensoleillée ; les plaques électriques fonctionnent mal alors que les restaurants étaient fermés; décoration très succincte. Location trop chère compte tenu des prestations !

Appartement très bien situé, proche commerces et plage, bel environnement Quelques petits soucis ai niveau rangement, placard d'entrée qui ne s'ouvre pas d'un côté et rempli d'un amoncellement de choses qui empêche le rangement, commode défectueuse avec tiroirs remplis où qui ne se ferment pas, idem pour le placard dans le wc et la cuisine, les anciens locataires laissent des choses qui ne sont pas enlevés du coup ça encombré les placards et ça nest déjà pas très grand, propreté laisse à désirer en arrivant, mail envoyé à l'agence mais aucune réponse, ballon d'eau chaude défectueux du coup pas d'eau chaude pendant une semaine, et c'est nous qui devons faire une demande pour avoir un dédommagement en espérant qu'il y en aura un parce que se laver à leau froide et faire la vaisselle à leau froide c'est pas top
