  • 500 m from the sea and the city centre of La Rochelle, nice studio of 25m² in a secure residence, located in the Minimes district. Facing south overlooking a lake not overlooked, tranquility assured.

    Close to the beaches, shops, restaurants, cinema and the large aquarium of La Rochelle, you can also enjoy the charm of the Ile de Ré as well as the mythical Fort Boyard thanks to inter-island cruises.

    The apartment offers you an entrance, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a main room with HD TV, cupboards, bed 2 people 140*200 and a sofa bed BZ, a kitchenette equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee maker... as well as a washing machine).

    Bed linen provided (sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases)
    2 Bath and toilet towels also provided.

Séjour agréable

Studio au pied des transports, idéal pour 2 personnes. Propre et confortable avec une vue sur le lac qui apaise après des journées de visite et de marche. Proche commerces et vieux port. Le propriétaire très sympa. Merci beaucoup !!!
