emplacement idéal, rue assez calme, difficile a se garer devant la propriété car place très recherchée du fait que c'est payant partout ailleurs. par contre pas de barbecue ni grille pain comme précisé dans l'annonce mais propriétaire très serviable et a l'écoute

Petite maison pratique, au calme et ombragée. Nous avons apprécié la clim pour rafraichir la chambre le soir. Le salon de jardin permet de déjeuner dehors près des arbres fruitiers en plus

Arbitraire de voir les parking payant jusqu a octobre payant pour les course et a îles de Ray bravo.

Rien a dire Propre neuf il ne manque rien Commerce a proximité pain et voiture Leclerc parking gratuit sur la route Je conseille ce logement couple un ados (la voiture est indispensable pour le centre ville )

Appartement parfait, à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre et du port. Très joli jardin. En plus, on peut cueillir les fruits à maturité. On s’est gavé de figues et de mirabelles. Accueil chaleureux. On reviendra.

Un séjour au calme en pleine ville

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison. Elle est très bien située et bien agencée pour 3 personnes. Les hôtes ont été charmants et très réactifs.

Sympa mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Les plus : - Jardin, - Proximité du centre ville (20-25 min à pied, 10 en voiture), pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture. - Possibilité de prendre les repas à l'extérieur Les moins - AUCUNE FENETRE en mezzanine : chaleur insupportable en été=>impossible de dormir. Un vélux serait INDISPENSABLE, - Le jardin pas très bien entretenu - Le manque de confort (installation spartiate). La location est prévu pour 4 personnes et le lieu d'appoint est un lit de camping. - Manque d'équipements utiles dans la cuisine : vraie planche à découper, essoreuse à salade, plateau) - visites surprises des propriétaires quotidienne (voire même 2 fois/jour) gentils cependant mais étonnants lorsque l'on est locataire. Conclusion : le prix de la nuitée est trop élevée et devrait plutôt par rapport au confort proposé être compris entre 55 et 60€ maximum.

Logement agréable, un espace vert mis à notre disposition en centre ville à l'ombre d'arbres fruitiers. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au calme à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Je garde l'adresse pour y revenir.

Nous avons adoré le calme de la maison et en même temps la proximité du centre.Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très gentil. La maison est simple et propre.Idéale pour un couple. L'accès au jardin et le fait de pouvoir faire un barbecue est un véritable plus. Vacances apaisantes au bord de la mer.

La maisonnette est très bien située: proche et facile d'accès des grands axes routiers , tout en étant à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Très bien agencée et très fonctionnelle, la location est très propre et au calme, de plus le jardin apporte calme . Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et attentionnés à recommander

Très bonne vacance

J'ai passée de très très bonne vacance, les propriétaires sont beaucoup trop gentil, ils sont vraiment adorable tous les deux, ils nous ont aidé a aller voir ce qu'il y avait de beau a voir dans la région. Je me sentais presque comme chez moi avec ma famille tellement ils sont super. Puis l'environnement est très bien, pas ennuyer pas le bruit, ect... puis la maison est bien situé par rapport au port et tout ce qu'il y a à visiter d'ailleur, pas besoin de voiture hi hi, si ça s'est pas super !!!! Je ne sais pas ce qu'il faut alors. Sinon, je n'ai rien d'autre a dire si ce n'est en résumé de dire que ces vacances etaient vraiment trop super, trop génial, mais trop court dans la duré du temps rester là bas. j'espère que les propriétaires vont bien.
