L appartement est bien placé et la résidence est bien propre. La piscine est agréable. Un petit bemole sur l'équipement du logement qui pourrait être amélioré et l entretient de l appartement qui manque de soin. C est domage.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de la rochelle

Appartement fonctionnel, excepté la cuisine et ses accessoires assez rudimentaire. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait ou pas correctement et il y avait une odeur persistante de moisi dans la sdb. On sent bien que c'est le rendement finalncier qui compte chez foncia.
