  • T3 accommodation of 65 m2 with underground parking.
    Two bedrooms with a double bed and fitted kitchen open to the living room.
    Located 14 minutes walk from the old central market of La Rochelle and 12 minutes by car from the island of Ré. Strategic location to enjoy the city and the surroundings.

    In the 2nd bedroom, it is possible to open the bed into 2 places if needed.

    I provide the starter kit, toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.

    Bed linen and towel are included.

    T3 accommodation of 65m2 in recent residence.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût, très soigné, lumineux et confortable. Excellente literie. Immeuble calme et sécurisé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre petite chienne.

Escapade à la Rochelle

Super moment entre amies dans cet appartement tout confort et très agréable. Tout nos repas pris sur le balcon, très calme. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le parking car avons trouvé des places devant. 15 mn pour être au marché par des rues agréables. Boite à clés mais impeccable car les explications étaient claires.Nous recommandons ce logement.
