「We had a wonderful 2 nights stay in June. Lots of very helpful info shared which was very useful for our stay. The apartment is perfect, beautiful, charming, everything you need spotlessly clean and views to die for! An experience not to be missed. We loved all of Beatrice’s beautiful artwork and artefacts from her travels, such a...

"The hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in if a suggested gratuity will be added to their bill, and explain that it is entirely optional. Although we understood that we could decline it, discovering this charge without any prior notice left us feeling caught off guard and uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, rather than something guests have to ask to have removed. Greater transparency would have made a real difference to our experience."
