“Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel”

“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……

“À part le fait que ce loft est au cœur de Fribourg, nous sommes très déçus de cette semaine passée dans ce loft. Nous avions posé la question de savoir si les cloches de la cathédrale posaient problèmes et on nous a répondu que non sauf qu’elles sonnent toute la nuit. Nous souhaitions pouvoir faire dormir notre fils une nuit avec nous sauf que nous avons appris à notre arrivée que le canapé lit était HS nous empêchant même de pouvoir s’y assoir. Par ailleurs, ce loft est sous équipé, nous avons……
