「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...

「Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel」

「Great boutique hotel in the old part of town, down by the river. An historic building that has recently been carefully renovated and rooms have great atmosphere. Friendly staff, great breakfast and we felt very welcome.」

「什麼都壞了⋯ 燈很多都不亮，插座也充電慢&位置不友善。還有洗手台龍頭好緊，一打開就大噴水！ 早餐沒有炒蛋，覺得選擇性少 其他都還不錯（離火車站近&服務人員很親切）」

「The kitchen has only the very minimum equipment, the bathroom sink was draining very slowly, the duvet was too small for two people, there was only one towel for two people. The bedroom curtain was partially unhooked. The apartment is not well maintained.The location is very good and quiet.」
