Great Little Place

This place suited myself and my husband very well for the three weeks we stayed there. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen suitable, the shower was very nice and there was a washing machine and dishwasher. My only complaint is that there isn't internet. However, we purchased an Orange airbox and that worked just fine, although it's expensive if you want to stream anything. The owner, Pierre, is also fantastic. He was very accommodating and helpful and I would stay here again should we return to the area.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Strands

Der Strand ist nur 300m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Gemüseladen, kleiner Supermarkt, Fischhändler etc.) sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Die neue, sehr gute und leise Klimaanlage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der Vermieter Pierre ist sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos geklappt.

Perfektes Rundum-Paket

Perfekte Lage: ruhig,ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen und am Strand ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Ferienwohnung: war sauber, von der Größe ausreichend und elektrische Geräte wie z.B. Geschirrspüler, Fön, Staubsauger, W-LAN, Fernseher, Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage waren vorhanden. Nach ob gelangt man über die Treppe in die Wohnung; kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Beim Bad sind Toilette und das restliche Bad von einander geteilt und angrenzend befindet sich eine Waschküche. Beide Schlafzimmer waren gleich groß und hatten viel Stauraum für Anziehsachen, allerdings gibt es nur in einem der beiden eine Klimaanlage. Für eine Familie mit kleinem Kind, das gerne noch bei den Eltern schläft und sich breit macht, ist das Bett relativ schmal, aber zum Glück gibt es ja auch ein Sofa zum schlafen. Die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und er hat sogar Wasser und Chips für uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Daran fügt sich das Wohnzimmer an, das sehr gemütlich ist und ebenfalls mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist. Es gab außerdem noch einen kleinen Balkon Die Informationen bzgl. der Ferienwohnung bekamen wir rechtzeitig zugesandt und konnten alles selbstständig ohne persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter machen. Kontaktaufnahme über WhatsApp war aber jederzeit möglich. Fazit: 100% Weiterempfehlung

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est bien placé pas loin de la plage des sablettes ou c est très animé. Il y a tout ce qu il faut dans l appartement. Le propriétaire est très à l écoute malgré qu il n était pas présent il répondait à toutes nos demandes. Merci .

Ein schöner Herbsturlaub am Mittelmeer!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe. Vermieter SEHR hilfsbereit, alles perfekt vorbereitet. Keine geschlossene Wohnanlage, man bekommt auf angenehme Weise das Alltagsleben der Bevölkerung mit. Sehr gut auch der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in La Seyne-sur-Mer. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Bäcker, Strand und Restaurants waren zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Pierre hat auf unsere Fragen sofort geantwortet.

Ferienwohnung in La-Seyne-Sur-Mer

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sie war sauber und alles war intakt. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an den Strand gelaufen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung . Der Vermieter hatte bereits vor Urlaubsantritt Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und alles lief reibungslos.

Très bon séjour

Appartement spacieux et en bon état. Tout l’équipement nécessaire est mis à disposition (liquide vaisselle, lessive, etc…) ainsi que la literie et les serviettes de toilettes. Le ménage de fin de séjour est compris et l’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très bon et le système de casier à clé très pratique. L’appartement est situé à proximité (environ 5 minutes à pied) de la plage. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Schöne Wohnung

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Waschmaschine, voll ausgestatteter Küche und portabler Klimaanlage. Der Sandstrand ist zu Fuß binnen fünf Minuten erreichbar und die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf innerhalb von fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie Übergabe und Übernahme der Wohnung waren reibungslos. Für einen Strandurlaub uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
