Super séjour

Mr Albe est pour moi un loueur parfait ! Sa location est située dans une résidence très sécurisée, très calme, très bien située sur le bassin d'Arcachon Son appartement est très propre et bien agencé Je recommanderai sincèrement cette location à mes connaissances.

Bassin d'Arcachon

L'appartement dans le Domaine du Port me plaisait déjà en le voyant sur Abritel en photos. Lumineux, spacieus, calme, prêt de la nature d'un coté et du centre de la Teste de Buch de l'autre coté. Pas besoin de voiture, les visites peuvent se faire à pied ou à velo (disponible sur place). J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration, les meubles sont tous comfortables, deux télevisions (une dans la chambre, l'autre dans le salon), bonne cuisine spacieuse. Lave-linge dans la salle de bain. L'appartement s'agrandit en ouvrant les portes-fenêtres sur un balcon avec meubles d'extérieur et deux jolies plantes de jasmin. J'ai passé une belle semaine et je vous recommande cet appartement vivement

Excellent sejour

Nos quelques jours de vacances passées à la Teste- de-Buch ont été très ressourçantes car tout y était réuni… le soleil et l’accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire , son appartement arrangé avec goût et soin et d’une propreté irréprochable ou un magnifique Dracaena d’intérieur et beaux jasmins étoilés en terrasse resplendissent dans ce bel environnement… Merci pour cette très belle location .

Un séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le propriétaire est adorable , très disponible et de bons conseils. La location est impeccable et fidèle à la description. Appartement très agréable

L’appartement situé au 1er d’un immeuble de deux étages est très bien positionné au bord de la piste cyclable qui donne accès au bassin et aussi à la ville de La Teste. Il est très agréable, spacieux, bien aménagé avec goût et gardant la fraîcheur offrant ainsi un havre de bien-être pendant les journées caniculaires. Nous avons profité des vélos pour nous balader et découvrir le littoral! ainsi que le marché quotidien de La Teste. Notre hôte très sympathique était disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous espérons y revenir. N’hésitez pas à choisir cet appartement.

Rien à redire sur cette location. Le propriétaire super gentil tant en communication par sms qu'au téléphone il est très disponible ! La location elle même super il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vavances ! De belles balades à pieds à vélos car il y a des pistes cyclables partout sur la Teste-de-Buch. Pour les courses, un Nouvel intermarché super grand et le marché au top ! De plus un restaurant à 3 minutes à pieds de la location on y a mangé 2 fois en 1 semaine. Un grand merci au propriétaire !

Appartement lumineux et très bien situé

L'appartement est identique à l'annonce dans une résidence calme et piste cyclable à l'entrée de la résidence ce qui est génial, on peut tout faire à vélo. Les personnes de la résidence sont charmantes et le propriétaire est très agréable et il prête 2 vtt tout le séjour ce qui est génial. Je conseille cette location sans problème.
