You have access to a private outdoor area with a heated pool (heated only during cooler periods) secured by a roller shutter, 8 sun loungers, and a garden. Several terraces surround the house, as well as a pétanque court with boules provided.



This detached house is located in a residence next to a forest, ideal for morning walks. The beach and the coastal path are within a 5-minute walk, and many shops as well as an amusement park are nearby. The Dune of Pilat is only 10 minutes away, and bike rental is possible in the area.



One parking space is available on the property and another in a garage. Pets, events, and smoking indoors are not allowed. The beds will be made and bath towels provided upon your arrival. A safety cover protects the pool; access to the technical room is prohibited. Parties are not allowed.
