「I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

「We had a cottage by the beach and it was perfect. Out your door and 15 steps later u are on the beach with ur own private umbrella and lounge chairs. The staff was super friendly and made our trip a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this resort!」

「My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

「The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.」

「We had a couple issues with the room. Microwave worked day 1 & 2 after that it didn't work at all. The tub was broken and non-functional the entire stay. The sink in the bathroom needed new cartridges, water would flood the handles.」
