This house only 250m from the beach is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends where to recharge your batteries and relax. Its garden invites you to stay there. Start your day on the terrace with a good coffee at breakfast or start your evening enjoying good grilled meats and summer salads. From this pretty house, you can go on foot, swim, sunbathe, surf, surf, eat an ice cream, eat and enjoy good seafood or even take your bike and discover the beautiful pine forests of La Tranche-sur-Mer.



This recent construction of 100 m² is very bright, the living room has three large windows that overlook the garden and give it a peaceful atmosphere.
