  • Stunning sea view from the moment you enter villa Nochtli. The volcanic sands, warm waters, lush vegetation, rustic charm and natural beauty gives a tropical relax feel to a seamless startling all glass villa. Enjoy your days in the soft sand and laying out soaking up the sun on our wooden deck, hamaca deck, or our salt water pool overlooking the beach. Direct access to our secluded virgen beach in the East of El Salvador, Playas Negras, where you can also enjoy a fishing day, boat ride to las islas de El Golfo de Fonseca, a walk on the beach or just enjoy a breathtaking sunset and end the night stargazing right from your outdoor living area!

    The Villa offers 2 lovely bedrooms with fans and AC, 2 bathrooms, 4 beds, 1 sofa bed, and a sitting area. Outdoor spaces: BBQ area, semi-outdoor kitchenette you cook in-front on the ocean dining area, outdoor shower, glorieta with hammocks, green areas, salt water pool and a natural water pool, wooden deck, and swings, all adorned by coconut trees, and the beach!
    At 2.00hrs driving from the airport you will find our hidden villa, with nearby local restaurants, mini markets, volcano, mountains, coffee plantations and country style charm locals.
    The keepers can be available for room service, prepping meals and cleaning for a supplement.. only upon request. We collab with the best local restaurants and pupuseria to deliver your meals to Villa Nochtli. (cost of meals are not included).

El lugar esta hermoso, me encanto. Es una zona muy Pacifica. The place was gorgeous I loved it, it was quiet and peaceful. Very private place if you like to spend time with family, it is a perfect place. Pools are beautiful, the beach is just beautiful. I loved it and will book again. Thank you.

My daughters had a great time clean pool, great ocean view. Nice and private just a little noisy at night cars and motorcycles, but perfect for families with kids who enjoy swimming and beach activities.

Everything was great. The rooms are set up so you’ll pretty much have to spend your time outside. My kids loved it. They wanted to take home el chucho that was relaxing with us haha

The outdoor amenities are nice. But you can’t really swim in the salt water pool it’s gross, full of fish. Also the “house” is too small, dirty and not comfortable, for the price it was disappointing. Also the roads to get there are horrible. I wouldn’t complain if at least it was more affordable, not worth the money.

Beautiful place to disconnect from routine. Very welcoming to spend time with family, excellent service from the Host and the people in charge of the property. I recommend it 100% and of course I would like to experience it again.

The most amazing place and host!

The property was truly a beautiful resort with all of the amenities you could think of! It is just like the pictures with the salt water pool, fresh water pool, BBQ, hammocks, places to relax and more! Veronica was an incredible host who gave the best recommendations from a private chef to boat tours. We stayed in ES for a week and this was our favorite stay with 6 adults and 1 baby. It was amazing, I can't wait to come back!

Sleeping quater too small, inside bathroom needs to more private, no wifi at all. Other than that, all is good. I suggest not more that 8 people.

Yes it was pet friendly. Yes clean room and care taker were nice. We had a misunderstanding about the kitchen that is located outside 200 feet away from the room, very small place to even make a coffee inside the room, we couldn’t sleep because of the animals making noses on the roof and the wood animal getting on the bed, need more curtains for privacy or to cover the sun. Also there were no spoons, forks because we found that container with all those dirty dishes.
