“Nos contactaron varias veces para solicitar que cancelaramos la reserva y realizaramos el pago allá, para sostener el precio, luego que nos cobrarian el adicional de los niños al llegar, porque la plataforma NO lo habia cobrado, después que confirme que no era posible cancelar de mi parte porque la pltaforma no nos realiza el reembolso, nos informan que sostienen el valor pagado por la estadia, pero que NO incluyen los desayunos, y nos cobran 19.000 por cada desayuno, que realmente para pagar……

“I had an excellent stay at Hotel Montecarlo in Armenia. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were happy to answer all of my questions about the local area. The hotel itself is charming and well-maintained, with comfortable, spotless rooms that offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable……
