Highly recommed this property. It is 20 minutes to Zion NP and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was much bigger than the photos showed and offer two full kitchens. We were very impressed.

Family vacation in Vegas and Utah

After spending part of the week in Vegas we spent time in La Verkin. Our stay in La Verkin was perfect. We went to Zion and rode UTVs around the desert at Mad Moose. The accommodations were great. The house was perfect. The view was amazing. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with our 3 adult children and their partners. Location is great to Zion National Park. House was set up well, stocked with everything we needed.We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub every night. Lots of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Zion stay

Property is a short 30 min drive to Zion National Park which is the reason for our booking. The house was very accommodating for 7 adults with nice size bedrooms and ample number of bathrooms. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with essentials (soap shampoo linens kitchen utensils coffee coffee filters seasonings etc). Highly recommend the property if you are coming to the Zion area.

Beautiful Stay!

This home in La Verkin is a stunner. We booked a girls trip here, and it was wonderful. There was enough space to spread out and be comfortable. The home is well stocked too! This rental is in a great location to get to Zion, and we were able to do a day trip to Bryce Canyon too. It was really an ideal landing spot! Plus, we had so much fun playing ping pong and foosbal and going in the hot tub. Highly recommend :)

Great views and beautiful property

This property was clean and well maintained. Details of the home and neighborhood were very helpful and appreciated. Location was close to Zion and convenient to the locations we planned to go. Both adults and children loved the property and its amenities. Our only complaint was that either tv in the upper (main) level living room and upper level front bedroom were not working correctly.

Wonderful property!

This probably is fantastic and offered so much value. We had eight people, all family and many of us hadn’t seen each other in a long time. The house layout, number of bedrooms, the ping pong table, the hot tub and everything else included gave us a great place to hang out after hiking. Proximity to Zion was perfect at just 20 minutes away. Craig and Beth sent great communication for checking in and out and were quick to respond when I messaged them. Highly recommend!

We had the best time. House was perfect and the amenities were great I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the Zion area. So much to do. The only thing we noticed was that it was dusty in side the home. The bedroom furniture and the wooden section under the railing of the steps was really dusty. That said it didn’t affect the stay! It was great!!!

We rented this property for a girls trip. It was perfect!! So beautiful and clean and I believe the most well equipped house I have ever stayed in. We wanted for nothing and loved hanging out there. The location was perfect for us. We had something planned everyday and the drive to get everywhere was great. Paddle Boarding at Quail Creek State Park, Hiking the Narrows at Zion, UTV tour at Hurricane Sand Dunes, A day trip to Bryce Canyon and a visit to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Each day we were so happy to have a beautiful place to come back to. Great communication with the owners. Check in and out was a peice of cake.

We had the best time at the Virgin River Cliff house!!

Very nice place….super family friendly. They are very welled stocked with everything that made our stay more enjoyable….plenty of dishes, pans, bowls, a high chair and a pack and play to name a few. My family enjoyed putting together one of their puzzles, playing ping pong and foose ball, sitting around the fire pit, enjoying the hot tub and running through the cutest fire hydrant sprinkler. The house was clean and comfortable. Our family had their own rooms for privacy. It’s a beautiful home inside and out. The view of the Virgin River in the back yard was also beautiful. We spent some time in Zions National Park which is about 30 minutes away. Thank you Craig and Beth for going out of your way to insure we had an enjoyable, memory filled time at your place!!

Family gathering Zion and Bryce

The house did not disappoint. In fact it exceeded our expectations! We were a family group of adults, grown children and their partners. 5 out the 8 in our group are 6 feet or taller. We had so much space! Everyone was comfortable. The house had great beds and every pair had their own bathroom. The 2 kitchens were fabulous for getting around and out the door early in the morning. We used the foosball table and hot tub. Because we spent so much time in Bryce and Zion we did not spend time at the house during the day. We all wish we had padded in a day or two of rest just to enjoy the home. 2 of us had to do a bit of remote work and the wifi was excellent. The home had so much to offer, we over purchased at a Sams club in Vegas before arrival. There is a Walmart not far in Hurricane that we should have waited to pick up things for our stay. It was especially nice to have extra parking room for 3 full size suv's. We are all talking about returning and staying here again. The owners always answered our questions promptly and went above and beyond to make our stay a restful and relaxing retreat.
