Amazing rental!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Two bedrooms with on suites, each sleeping 3 people. The kitchen was well stocked, even leaving pancake/waffle mix and syrup. The location was great for us and price was even better. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Thanks for sharing your rental with us!

Perfect little house for our needs

We were driving from AZ to Park City, Utah, and needed a one night stay after we hit Zions National Park. This little place was perfect for myself, my daughter, son-in-law and their 21 month old (my granddaughter). It was clean, cozy and just a beautiful property in a nice little neighborhood and town with a lot of restaurants and shopping around. I highly recommend this little house for a short or long stay. We will likely be back as we always go to Park City for one week in the Summer for the past 30 years. We'd love to stay more than just one night next time.

Nice place

Good location to Zion and the town has everything you need close by. Two nice size bedrooms each has its own bathroom. It takes about 30 min. to get to the park entrance. The drive easy and scenic. Was great to be come back to cottage after a busy day of hiking and prepare dinner right there. The washer and dryer were a plus. I would recommend the price was good and so nice to have more space than a hotel room.

Everything we needed after spending five nights in the desert: showers, laundry, fridge, freezer, and super comfortable beds! So cute and lots of helpful local info left by the owners.

Clean, nice, fully equipped, great location for Zion

I rented this cottage for my family of 6. Had enough space, everyone had a full size bed. The bath, laundry and kitchen had all the think you don't want to bring on vacation. Had a BBQ which was great! We had a great time I will definitely stay here again.

Wasn't cleaned

We had been hiking at Zion and were anxious to check in and relax. Upon entering, it was obvious the first bed was messy. After further inspection, there was popcorn and hair in the bed. Towels were stacked up on the washer and no towels in the bathroom. I contacted Rich the host and sent him pictures. He replied quickly and sent someone to change all of the bedding and provide fresh towels. It was still a bit unsettling knowing the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all. We were only there one night so we made the best of it. Rich did refund me the cleaning fee and half of the base rent. The other rental properties didn't appear to be the best area.

It was a very good experience. It was easy to locate and I liked the quietness of the neighborhood. And the house was big and spacious for 6 adults. And really well kept and clean and close enough to go to the national parks.

Monica was quick to return phone calls and answered all our questions plus some. I did not always get that warm feeling from other places I had contacted.
